What is PaperCut?
PaperCut is the system Michener uses for student printing. Your Michener student account is automatically linked with your PaperCut account and uses the same username and password. PaperCut allows you to start print jobs, release print jobs, add money to your account and view your print history from anywhere.
How do I access PaperCut?
PaperCut can be accessed by going to printing.michener.ca from any computer or mobile device. You do not need to be on the Michener network to access your PaperCut account, it can be viewed from any device with an internet connection.
How do I add printing credit?
$20 is automatically added to your account when you become a Michener student. To add additional print credit, you will need to use a credit card or VISA debit vard via PayPal.

How do I print from anywhere?
Printing from anywhere is known as "Web Print" in PaperCut. To use Web Print, just log into your PaperCut account at printing.michener.ca, click "Web Print" on the sidebar, and follow the onscreen instructions to upload your document for printing.
How do I link my student card to my PaperCut account?
To link your card to your account, you just need to use the student printer in the LRC. First, tap your card against the card reader. The machine will note that the card is unassociated. Enter your username and password using the on-screen keyboard, this is the same username and password you use to log into Michener computers & WiFi. Once you've successfully logged in, your card will be automatically linked.
I've been charged for printing credit but it hasn't appeared in my account! What do I do?
While most transactions occur very quickly and funds are added instantly, on occasion the process can be delayed. Please allow 24 hours for delayed transactions to appear. If the transaction has not appeared after 24 hours, please forward the PayPal email receipt to helpdesk@michener.ca and we will manually confirm and process the transaction for you.
