How can we see UHN contacts within the newly integrated Global Address List?

There are no significant changes in the process, other than ensuring you select “Offline Global Address List” to search for UHN contacts. However, when searching for a UHN person within the Offline Global Address List in Outlook, search for their first name first; for example:

• Format: Firstname Lastname – UHN
• Example: Geoff Hallford – UHN
