If you require access to Ellucian Customer Center, you will need to create a customer account using your Michener email address. Creating an Ellucian Customer Center account will allow you to participate in Ellucian Academy Courses (self-directed and Instructor-Led Training).
Note: Ellucian Customer Center account creation is not for Michener Students. Please navigate to the Student Self-Service Portal (Link Pending) to access your student account.

Select "Create An Account".

Enter your Michener email address and follow any captcha/verification steps, then select Submit.
- Follow instructions you may receive in your inbox to complete activation of your account.
Once your account is created, you will have access not only to the Customer Center (where you can look up service articles and file tickets if authorized) but you can also access and be assigned courses in the Ellucian Academy.
Note: Verification may take 1-2 business days dependent on the account managers finalizing your request to create an account.
