Michener Remote Desktop
Step 1 - Open Remote Desktop and login using your Michener credentials. If you do not have remote desktop configured, please follow this guide: Remote Desktop Setup
Step 2 - Once you have established a connection to the remote session, open the Outlook desktop client.
Step 3 - Click on the desired link in the email you wish to access.
Michener VPN
Step 1 - Open Cisco Any connect. If you do not have VPN configured, please follow this guide: VPN
Step 2 - Once the VPN connection is established, click the link you wish to access.
Michener On-Site
Step 1 - Open Outlook desktop client and click on the desired link in the email.
