Accessing RayStation via the Michener VPN

Prerequisites

You will need to have established a connection to the Michener VPN if you are offsite. For instructions on how to connect to the Michener VPN, click here and follow the instructions for your operating system & status (staff or student).

If you have Citrix Workspace already installed, you may skip to Logging into RayStation.

You will need to have Citrix Workspace installed on your computer to launch RayStation. When accessing the RayStation website for the first time, you will be asked to check if Citrix Workspace is installed on your computer.

Step 1 - In your favorite browser, go to raystation.michener.ca and click “Detect Receiver”

Step 2 – The Browser may ask you to launch Citrix Workspace. If Workspace is detected, you will be directed to the login page. If not, you can Download the Citrix Workspace or click “Already installed”

Logging into RayStation

Step 1 – In your favorite browser, go to raystation.michener.ca

Step 2 – On the Citrix Store Front page, enter your credentials and click “Log On”

Launching RayStation

Step 1 – Once logged in click “APPS” at the top menu.

Step 2 – Under “All Apps” click “RayStationLauncher” to launch RayStation.

Step 3 – The app will download. Once the app has successfully been downloaded, launch the app.
